Product Description:This product is a two-component material. Component A is the main agent, with a gray mortar-like appearance; Component B is the curing agent, appearing as a light yellow liquid (or light yellow paste). When mixed at a weight ratio of 20:1 (or 8:1), the material cures at room temperature. The cured product exhibits excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application:Used as a wear-resistant coating, it is suitable for the repair and protection of worn surfaces on pipelines, tanks, tower walls, and other equipment, effectively extending their service life.

适用场合：
施工步骤：
1、采用喷砂或打磨等工艺，做表面粗糙话处理；
2、对泵配件进行清洗，做到表面无水、无油、无尘；
3、对待修复表面施涂SYZO-33081（陶瓷底剂）；
4、在SYZO-33081上施涂SYZO-33082，并压实拍平，恢复到泵配件原有形状和尺寸；
5、常温固化保养24小时后，进行打磨修正。
Construction Steps:
1.Perform surface roughening treatment using sandblasting, grinding, or similar processes.
2.Clean the pump components to ensure the surface is free of water, oil, and dust.
3.Apply SYZO-33081 (ceramic primer) to the surface to be repaired.
4.Apply SYZO-33082 over SYZO-33081, then compact and smooth it to restore the pump component’s original shape and dimensions.
5.After curing at room temperature for 24 hours, perform final grinding and finishing.

• 须在通风良好的环境中进行，必须穿戴工作服、口罩、手套、防护眼镜；
• 施工时应避免皮肤直接接触材料。
Safety Precautions:
• Must be used in a well-ventilated environment.
• Wear protective workwear, a mask, gloves, and safety goggles at all times.
• Avoid direct skin contact with the material during application.
注意事项：
• 合适的施工环境温度为15-35摄氏度，相对湿度必须低于85%；
• 细颗粒的涂层厚度须在3mm以上，大颗粒的涂层厚度须在6mm以上；
• 对固化后的碳化硅耐磨涂层进行后续切割或打磨时，必须佩戴防尘面具和护目镜；
• 对固化后的碳化硅耐磨涂层进行后续车削加工时，必须采用金刚石车刀。
Precautions:
• The suitable construction environment temperature is 15–35°C, and the relative humidity must be below 85%.
• The coating thickness for fine particles must be ≥3mm, while for coarse particles, it must be ≥6mm.
• When cutting or grinding the cured silicon carbide wear-resistant coating, a dust mask and safety goggles must be worn.
• For turning/machining the cured silicon carbide wear-resistant coating, a diamond cutting tool must be used.
