Product Description:This product is a two-component material. Component A is the base agent, appearing as a gray-black mortar-like substance, while Component B is the curing agent, appearing as a gray-white mortar-like substance. When mixed at a weight/volume ratio of 4:1 (A:B), the material cures at room temperature. Once cured, it exhibits outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application:This product serves as a wear-resistant coating, suitable for repairing abrasion, erosion, and cavitation damage on industrial equipment. It can also be applied as a protective wear-resistant layer on new equipment, effectively extending service life.

施工步骤：
1、对设备表面进行干燥和打磨，使表面无油、无水、无锈、无垢；
2、混合SYZO-33094的A和B组份，施涂在设备表面，压紧拍实刮平；
3、常温固化保养24小时后。
Construction Steps:
1.Dry and polish the equipment surface to ensure it is free of oil, water, rust, and scale.
2.Mix components A and B of SYZO-33094, apply to the equipment surface, then press firmly and smooth it out.
3.Allow to cure at room temperature for 24 hours.

• 须在通风良好的环境中进行，必须穿戴工作服、口罩、手套、防护眼镜；
• 施工时应避免皮肤直接接触材料。

注意事项：
• 建议SYZO-33094涂层厚度在6mm以上；
• 如果需要增加SYZO-33094与设备的粘接力，可以施涂SYZO-33081作为底涂。
Precautions:
• The recommended thickness of the SYZO-33094 coating should be 6mm or more.
• To enhance the bonding strength between SYZO-33094 and the equipment, SYZO-33081 can be applied as a primer.
