成          份:碳化硅颗粒、碳化硅微粉、Al2O3微粉二氧化硅、树脂等。   

用          途:作为耐磨防腐涂层,可适应轻度磨损和防腐要求的工况。如吸收塔塔壁,清水泵过流件,储存罐罐体等设备的防护。也可以作为小颗粒碳化硅修复后的表面的平整,修复缺陷和瑕疵。

适用的基材金属,陶瓷、玻璃鳞片,混凝土,水泥,木材等。

                       容易刮涂,常温固化,操作方便,大面积施工效率高。

Composition:Silicon carbide particles, silicon carbide micropowder, AlOmicropowder, silicon dioxide (SiO), resin, etc.

Application:Used as a wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating, suitable for working conditions with mild abrasion and corrosion protection requirements. Examples include protection for absorption tower walls, clear water pump flow components, storage tank bodies, and other equipment. It can also be applied to level surfaces after small silicon carbide particle repairs, addressing defects and imperfections.

Suitable Substrates:Metals, ceramics, glass flakes, concrete, cement, wood, etc.

Advantages:Moderate wear resistance;

                       ● Good chemical resistance;

                       ● Easy to apply by troweling, cures at room temperature, user-friendly operation, and high efficiency for large-area construction.

施工步骤:

1、采用喷砂或打磨等工艺,对设备表面进行清理,去除污垢和氧化物;

2、混合SYZO-33089的A和B组份,施涂在设备表面,用刮板抹平;

3、常温固化保养24小时后。

Construction Steps:

1.Clean the equipment surface using sandblasting or grinding processes to remove contaminants and oxides.

2.Mix components A and B of SYZO-33089, apply to the equipment surface, and level with a trowel.

3.Allow to cure at room temperature for 24 hours.


安全须知:

• 须在通风良好的环境中进行,必须穿戴工作服、口罩、手套、防护眼镜;

• 施工时应避免皮肤直接接触材料。

Safety Precautions:

Must be used in a well-ventilated environment.

Wear protective workwear, a mask, gloves, and safety goggles at all times.

Avoid direct skin contact with the material during application.


注意事项:

• 建议施工温度在5-32℃下进行,相对湿度低于85%;

• 每次涂层的厚度约1mm左右,如需达到更厚厚度,可以再第一遍涂层初固后进行第二遍涂层施工。

Precautions:

Recommended application temperature: 5-32°C with relative humidity below 85%;

Each coating layer should be approximately 1mm thick. For greater thickness, apply a second layer after the initial curing of the first layer.
