Product Description:This product is a two-component material. Component A is the main agent, appearing as a gray mortar-like substance; Component B is the curing agent, with a yellow paste-like appearance. After mixing Components A and B, the material cures at room temperature. The cured material exhibits excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application:Rapid curing, suitable for emergency repairs of industrial equipment, including wear/erosion restoration or leak sealing; can also be used for dynamic balancing correction of impellers.

施工步骤：
1、对设备表面进行干燥和打磨，使表面无油、无水、无锈、无垢；
2、混合SYZO-33091的A和B组份，施涂在设备表面，压紧拍实刮平；
3、常温固化保养24小时后。
Construction Steps:
1.Dry and grind the equipment surface to ensure it is free of oil, water, rust, and contaminants.
2.Mix components A and B of SYZO-33091, apply to the surface, then press firmly and smooth out.
3.Allow to cure at room temperature for 24 hours before operation.

• 须在通风良好的环境中进行，必须穿戴工作服、口罩、手套、防护眼镜；
• 施工时应避免皮肤直接接触材料。

• Avoid direct skin contact with the material during application.
注意事项：
• 对固化后的碳化硅耐磨涂层进行后续切割或打磨时，必须佩戴防尘面具和护目镜；
• 对固化后的碳化硅耐磨涂层进行后续车削加工时，必须采用金刚石车刀；
• 在立面或仰面施工时，可配合使用陶瓷底剂，以增强粘接力，并方便施涂操作；
• 对穿孔或悬空部位的修补，可将混合后的本产品放置15分钟左右，待材料半固化时，填补穿孔部位或悬空处，材料不至于流挂和塌陷。
Precautions:
• When cutting or grinding the cured silicon carbide wear-resistant coating, always wear a dust mask and safety goggles.
• When performing turning operations on the cured silicon carbide wear-resistant coating, diamond cutting tools must be used.
• For vertical or overhead applications, a ceramic primer can be applied to enhance adhesion and facilitate coating application.
• For repairing perforations or overhanging areas, allow the mixed product to sit for approximately 15 minutes until semi-cured before application. This prevents sagging or collapsing of the material.
