用 途：作为耐磨涂层，适用于管道、槽体、料仓、罐体、塔壁、衬板等设备的磨损修及耐磨防护，延长设备使用寿命。

Product Description: This product is a two-component material. Component A is the main agent, presenting as a gray-black mortar-like substance; Component B is the curing agent, appearing as a gray-white mortar-like substance. When mixed at a ratio of 1:1, Components A and B cure at room temperature. The cured material exhibits excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application:A wear-resistant coating for repairing and protecting worn equipment (e.g., pipelines, tanks, hoppers, vessels, tower walls, and liners), extending service life.

(2) Rapid curing, achieving working strength within 2 hours, ideal for emergency repairs.

施工步骤：
1、对待修复区域进行清理和打磨，设备表面无水、无油、无锈、无垢；
2、按照1：1体积比混合SYZO-33081-11陶瓷底剂的A、B组份，刷涂在待修复设备表面；
3、按照体积比混合SYZO-33095的A、B组份，用手（戴手套）按压涂敷在陶瓷底剂表面，并压实拍紧；
4、常温固化保养24小时后，进行打磨修正。
Construction Steps:
1.Clean and grind the area to be repaired, ensuring the equipment surface is free of water, oil, rust, and contaminants.
2.Mix components A and B of SYZO-33081-11 ceramic primer at a 1:1 volume ratio, then brush-coat onto the prepared surface.
3.Mix components A and B of SYZO-33095 at the specified volume ratio, then manually apply (wearing gloves) by pressing and compacting firmly onto the primer layer.
4.Allow to cure at room temperature for 24 hours, followed by grinding and final adjustments.

• 须在通风良好的环境中进行，必须穿戴工作服、口罩、手套、防护眼镜；
• 施工时应避免皮肤直接接触材料。
Safety Precautions:
• Must be used in a well-ventilated environment.
• Wear protective workwear, a mask, gloves, and safety goggles at all times.
• Avoid direct skin contact with the material during application.
注意事项：
• 建议本产品的施涂厚度在4mm以上；
• 对穿孔或悬空部位的修补，可将混合后的本产品放置15分钟左右，待材料半固化时，填补穿孔部位或悬空处，材料不至于流挂和塌陷；
• 本产品适合投入使用的固化时间为2小时左右，跟环境温度、一次性拌料量、涂层厚度有关，环境温度越高、拌料量越多、涂层厚度越厚，则固化越快。如想达到更短的适合投入使用的固化时间，可联系我司定制。
Precautions:
• The recommended application thickness of this product should be 4mm or more.
• For repairing perforations or overhanging areas, allow the mixed product to sit for about 15 minutes until it semi-cures before filling the perforated or overhanging sections. This prevents sagging or collapsing of the material.
• The optimal curing time for this product before use is approximately 2 hours, depending on ambient temperature, batch size, and coating thickness. Higher ambient temperatures, larger batch sizes, and thicker coatings will accelerate curing. If a shorter curing time is desired for ready-to-use conditions, customized solutions are available upon request.
