Product Description:This product is a two-component material. Component A (main agent) is a white paste, while Component B (curing agent) is a light gray paste. When mixed at a 1:1 ratio, the compound cures at room temperature, delivering excellent bonding performance after solidification.
Application:Used as a primer for SYZO® fine-particle silicon carbide wear-resistant coating to enhance the adhesion between the silicon carbide wear-resistant layer and the substrate.
Advantages: Cures at room temperature and is widely applicable to various substrates such as metal, ceramic, stone, concrete, rubber, wood, etc.

施工步骤:
1、对待修复设备进行喷砂或打磨,使设备表面粗糙化;
2、对设备表面进行清洗,做到表面无水、无油、无尘;
3、混合A、B组份,并施涂在待修复设备表面。
Construction Steps:

注意事项:
• 如长时间存放后,A组份的底部可能会有一些软沉淀,属于正常现象,请用搅拌棒将A组份搅拌均匀后再使用;
• 一般情况下,1套底剂合适2平方米左右的施工。但基材表面比较粗糙或孔洞较多时,用料量将会增加;
• 冬季施工时,温度较低,底剂的A组份会比较粘稠,可以将A组份加热到40℃-50℃后,再加入B组份混合后使用,这样将更便于刷涂。
Precautions:
• If stored for an extended period, some soft sediment may settle at the bottom of Component A. This is normal—stir Component A thoroughly with a mixing rod before use.
• Generally, one set of primer is suitable for approximately 2 square meter of application. However, material consumption will increase if the substrate surface is rough or porous.
• During winter construction, low temperatures may cause Component A to become more viscous. For easier brushing, heat Component A to 40°C–50°C before mixing with Component B.
